Spanish Naval Saber , Toledo Mfg. 1872

Good condition Spanish Naval Saber,  Toledo Mfg , 1872.

Retains an excellent finish , with only minor wear on the blade.  Appears to have not ever been used in any sort of fighting , perhaps was issued however never taken out.  Luckily, the Guard , and pommel also display that.  This Spanish Naval Saber, Toledo Mfg also includes its original Scabbard , of which has heavy wear compared to the blade.  Scabbard is in fair to poor condition , it has an old tape repair that holds the seam shut. Throat is in good condition , Chape is in good condition save for it being bent at tip.

These Saber’s saw use by Spain as well as many other nations.  Britain, France , and even the US acquired these sabers and issued them.
