How are my items packed?
All items purchased , from Books to Antique Firearms , will be wrapped (if needed for stability) and packed with packing peanuts, handled with utmost care!
Returns?
All our items are FINALE SALE , NO RETURNS. However, we are reasonable people and depending on circumstances may issue a return. Depending on the item there might be an 8% restocking fee (of price of item listed on website excluding tax).

how authentic are your antiques
All our items are researched, vetted , and guaranteed as authentic. Any items that are “replica’ or reproduction are listed as such and would include in name and description.
What is the maiello tradehouse
We are based out of San Diego, California. Maiello Tradehouse at its core has two overarching values . Acquiring fantastic human history that can be preserved in others collections/museums , and having such at a reasonable price that benefits all, with superb customer service for them.
How is payment made?
Due to stripe policies , we only at the moment have Paypal Card and normal Paypal account payment.
We charge your card when we send out your tracking number email and have your order on the way!
how often are things shipped out?
We try to pack and ship orders out as quick as we can, as a customer wed appreciate fast shipping!
With that being said , we look to send out an “Order is Processing” email within 1-4 business days, and then a final shipping date 1-4 business days after that.
